UK* Standard Delivery
(Next Working Day Delivery)
UPS are Autograph's preferred UK* Standard Delivery shipping provider.
UPS prices are competitive and the service highly reliable – it is a guaranteed service. UPS also deliver to almost every UK* postcode on the next working day UK* Standard Delivery Service.
The Standard Delivery service is a signed for service, so please make sure that there is someone available to sign for the goods.
UK Timed Deliveries
There are also various other premium delivery services available for customers to choose from, including timed deliveries. Timed deliveries have a surcharge – please enquire at time of order.
UK* Same Day Service
The UK* Same Day Service is by an Autograph approved premier courier, prices subject to postcode, weight and size of vehicle required.
If you are interested in the same day delivery option, then please contact Autograph immediately. A same-day service may not always be available to some postcodes due to travel time. Same Day service is dependant on an external courier company and Autograph can not be held responsible for any delays in the service.
Trade Counter Collection
The Trade counter collection option can be in person or via the customers selected courier - please advise Autograph of the courier collecting and expected time of arrival.

Delivery Attempts
UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times before the goods come back to us. They will leave a calling card on each attempt.

Delivery Information and Queries
Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you fear your item may not be delivered as anticipated. We will always contact you to advise of any late or re-directed items, as soon as we are aware.
*UK excludes the Channel Islands - for information on delivery to the Channel Islands please telephone or use the contact form accessed by pressing the button below.
Credit Card Payment - Deliveries
Delivery of credit card payments must be made to the cardholders statement address. We cannot deliver to a separate address to non-account holders or credit card payments.
Dispatching
Any order placed before 3pm will be shipped on the day of placement if the items are in stock.
We will only ship the order when complete.
Part Dispatching
If you require a part dispatch please make us aware of this and we will dispatch when goods come into stock - shipping costs for each shipment will be billable (we will endeavour to keep shipments to a minimum).
Terms of Carriage
Prices for carriage are quoted depending on weight, dimensions and service required. Please contact a member of our sales team, to obtain carriage costs for your order.
VAT is applicable on all carriage charges.
Delivery is to the front-door or front of the building only.
Autograph accepts no responsibility for loss of earnings, damage or any other issue relating to late delivery or damage in transit.
Damage in Transit
Autograph is not responsible for damage that may incur during the shipment. It is recommended that the customer insure the shipment for the full replacement value. This can be done at extra cost and should be asked for at time of order.
Claims and Shipment Damage
If the customer receives the original product in damaged condition, notify Autograph immediately. Please ensure that you mark the delivery note "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" - this will alert the courier company that a claim may be forthcoming - failure to do this may result in the claim being rejected. By signing for a delivery you are accepting that it has arrived in good condition and no redress will be available.
