Dorking Halls

Opened in 1931 to accommodate the Leith Hill Musical Competition, Dorking Halls for many years enjoyed a close association with the great English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams who conducted the festival from 1905 until 1953. Throughout its life Dorking Halls has been at the heart of the Mole Valley community and following major refurbishment completed in 1997 the complex now offers a diverse programme of live music, theatre and even 3D cinema. Wiltshire Music Centre

Known throughout the country for the outstanding quality of its concert performances, the purpose-built 300-seat concert hall has recently undergone a major upgrade to its audio systems in partnership with Autograph Sales & Installations. Led by the company’s New Business Engineer Phil Nicolaou, the project centred on the specification and installation of a new front-of-house loudspeaker system and included an upgrade to the existing mixing console, new equipment racks and mains power management systems.
